A Phone-a-Loan Service exists for Members who may find it difficult to make it into the Credit Union to apply for a loan (although it will still be necessary to come into the Credit Union to sign a Promissory note*).

If you wish to avail of the service please make sure you have the relevant information to hand before ringing. Typical information that would be requested is income and expenditure, including mortgage/rent costs, other loans and any Credit or Store Card debts.

Occasionally, Loans Officers may still feel that the loan application would be more effectively dealt with by a face-to-face meeting and will ask you to come into the Credit Union.

* If you are a Member who is living overseas, it may be possible to make alternative arrangements.
