Since February 2006 anyone seeking to join Newry Credit Union must attend a New Member’s Meeting, accompanied by an existing Member of the Credit Union. The meetings take place twice a month on Wednesday evenings.
One of the purposes of the meeting is to deliver a presentation which explains the different services the Credit Union offers, the difference between Credit Unions and other financial organisations and what is expected of Members of the Credit Union. Following the presentation, a photograph is taken of our new Members for identification purposes on their account.
In order to receive a date to attend a New Member’s meeting, prospective new Members must take their completed application forms and appropriate forms of identification into the Newry Credit Union.
To find out the date of our next New Member’s meeting contact us on 02830 263840 or have a look at our Events Calendar . |
